About this event

Allison wanted to create her dream workout class, and this is it! She calls it Cardio Dance + Sculpt! The class includes: 30 minutes of HIGH (cardio dance), arms with light weights, targeted core and pelvic floor work on the mat, and gentle stretching/breathwork. The class is set to FUN, beat-driven music and is sure to leave you feeling better at the end of the journey. :)
