About this event
@
Join Hill Country Conservancy for a rewarding morning of giving back to nature as we clean up the Violet Crown Trail in celebration of It’s My Park Day ! This volunteer event is a wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors, meet fellow nature enthusiasts, and make a lasting impact on one of Austin’s most cherished green spaces.
We’ll start with a short, scenic hike on the Violet Crown Trail before rolling up our sleeves to remove trash and debris from the Williamson Creek section of the trail , near the intersection of Ben Garza Lane and Mopac . We’ll supply all the cleanup tools you’ll need, including gloves, trash bags, and trash pickers. Just bring your enthusiasm, a reusable water bottle, and a love for nature!
Parking is available at the Sunset Valley Trailhead.
