About this event
Our Adult Ballet Intermediate class focuses on exercises, techniques and steps of classical ballet with an emphasis on terminology and correct body alignment. It focuses on developing an aesthetic awareness of the art of classical ballet. This class includes a warm-up at the barre with center floor work and combinations. Join us for a dynamic, come-as-you-are class designed to combine a high-quality technical foundation with the freedom and joy of ballet.
