You're Not Behind: Your First Practical Win with AI

Topic Description

AI tools change every week. It feels like you're behind but you're not. In some ways you're better off coming in now because the tools are so much better! In this 30-minute talk, Austin AI educator Jonathan Malkin shows where AI helps local businesses win and keep customers in a normal week:

• Prepping for client meetings, walk in knowing what matters to the client

• Writing proposals from your meeting notes

• Responding to common customer questions

You'll see a live demo of how it helps the business and each person on the team. Bring your questions. You'll leave with clear next steps to start the next morning.

For a head start, get practical AI tips in Jonathan’s newsletter or join his free hands-on workshop, Build Your Own AI Chief of Staff , at the SBDC on November 3.
