Join APF and Aging is Cool for a six-week outdoor wellness series for seniors designed to keep both your body and brain active and engaged. This fun and energizing program combines gentle fitness (seated options available) with brain-boosting games and activities—all in the fresh air and natural beauty of the park. Whether you're looking to improve balance, memory or just meet new friends, this inclusive and uplifting class is for you. Join us on Mondays (October 12 - November 16) from 10-11:00 a.m. at Gus Garcia District Park and Thursdays (October 15 - November 19) from 10-11:00 a.m. at Dick Nichols District Park. No experience needed—just bring a water bottle, some comfy clothes and a sense of curiosity!
