About this event
Reformer Pilates is an ideal form of exercise for adults of all ages, but especially for older adults who are looking to stay active and healthy through life. This reformer class is open to all ages and all levels. The exercises are designed to help older clients build muscle strength, balance and endurance and can easily be modified for all levels using the Reformer’s spring resistance. But this is a great class for adults of ALL ages interested in maintaining a healthy FUNCTIONAL AGE. Because it offers a no-impact, full-body workout that uses spring resistance to challenge, support and target different muscles in the body, it is an excellent workout. This Reformer workout provides an excellent way to stay healthy—particularly when it comes to balance and stability—without pounding the joints. Improve balance, posture, core strength, improve flexibility, and help with bone density!
