Williamson County commissioners approved a budget of over $7 million and set a tax rate of $0.413776 per $100 valuation—a 3.4% rise from last year that will increase property tax bills by about $122 for median homes.
The budget will also fund 45 additional positions to support law enforcement and county services as the community grows.
