Governor Abbott vetoed SB 3 on Sunday night—which would have banned most THC products and forced job losses—to the relief of Cedar Park hemp business J Heart CBD, where Store Manager Lizzie Taylor said the team is excited and will add new, better-regulated products.

The veto shifts state policy to focus on regulation rather than an outright ban.
