About this event
Our Intro to Kids Wrestling class is the perfect starting point for young athletes to learn the fundamentals of wrestling in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment. Designed for children new to the sport, this class focuses on developing basic wrestling techniques, body awareness, balance, and coordination. Through engaging drills and games, students also build confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation for future athletic development. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to move, learn, and have fun! *Wrestling shoes recommended but optional*
