About this event
Do you want to learn how to spin like a lyra pro? Become the master of centrifugal force while still, somehow, looking graceful and strong? In Lyra Spins Fundamentals, we will start building spin tolerance and learning specifc spin techniques with certified spin-freak, Ginger Snaps! You bring the curiosity; she'll bring the physics nerd-ery! Prerequisites: Previous lyra experience is recommended. What to wear: Wear fitted clothing that allows for full range of movement and covers the backs of your knees. Socks are nice to have.
