About this event
This class is designed for Plus Size Lyra students who want to build strength and move with more ease and confidence on the Lyra. We will link lyra skills together, focusing on transitions and fluidity while finding your rhythm and improving musicality. All intermediate and above aerialists are welcome! This class centers plus-size students and their lived experiences. Prerequisites: Current Intermediate level or above in an aerial apparatus, or with instructor approval.
