This holiday season, the Hutto Chamber is partnering with local nonprofits for our Thanks For Giving Luncheon on Wednesday, November 11th , at EWCHEC.

We invite you to be part of making a difference in the Hutto community! Instead of a luncheon fee, please bring a donation from our nonprofits’ Needed Item List. Each one will share what they have to offer the community & how we can be of assistance to them! Please join us & start the celebration of the Thanksgiving & Christmas Season!

Below you will find the list of needs from each of the participating non-profits at our November Luncheon. We ask that each of you make a donation and in return, the Chamber & our sponsor Toyota Cedar Park will pay for your lunch that day! Our upcoming Thanks for Giving Luncheon is a chance to give back and support these amazing organizations making a difference in our community. Below are the participating non-profits and their top needs:

Registration & Donation Information

We invite all attendees to bring a donation from the participating nonprofits’ Needed Item List in place of the luncheon registration fee. Your donation helps support local organizations making a difference in our community, and the Chamber and our sponsor, Cedar Park Toyota, will cover your lunch!

Please note: Donations are accepted in lieu of payment. If you are unable to bring a donation, the regular luncheon fee will be collected at the door.

• Professional Women of Williamson County : Women's pampering items, including lotions, massage gift cards, spa days, bath products, journals, and gift cards.

• CrossLife Christian Academy : No specific donation requested; awareness only.

• Round Rock Area Serving Center : Non-perishable food items.

• Down Home Ranch : No specific donation requested; awareness only.

• Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center : No specific donation requested; awareness only.

• Hutto Resource Center : Canned sweet potatoes.

• Weekend Lunchbox : Canned tuna, canned chicken, ramen noodles, cereal, Chef Boyardee cups, Easy Mac and cheese, fruit cups, and vegetable cups.

• Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area : Awareness only.

• Hutto Rotary Club : Awareness only.

• Hutto Women’s Alliance : Women's feminine hygiene products.

• Hutto Family YMCA : Monetary donations toward YMCA student scholarships.

• ROCK (Ride On Center for Kids) : No specific donation requested; awareness only.

• Hope Alliance : No specific donation requested; awareness only.

• The Sandbox at Madeline’s Place : Individually wrapped snacks and art supplies.
