Relax and reset your nervous system with nature sounds and salt therapy✨

This session begins with a gentle guided meditation to help the body settle. From there, you’ll be immersed in soothing sounds from nature-inspired instruments, including the ocean drum, rainstick, crystal singing bowls, shell shaker, and soft wind chimes. 🌿

Enjoy complimentary herbal tea and a mini seasonal take-home gift to close the session. Can’t wait to see you there! Don't forget to wear white socks :)
