Breastfeeding Basics – Breastfeeding is a great way to feed your baby, but how to breastfeed can sometimes be overwhelming! How can you get the information you need to know to have a successful, pleasant experience with your baby? In this one-session introduction to breastfeeding, we will walk through all the steps you can take to achieve a successful experience by focusing on techniques for initiating nursing during the early weeks, transitions with going back to work and breastfeeding, and how to choose the right breast pump and when & how to wean. We will include information on breast pumps, where to find lactation support and additional resources.

Space is limited to 10 and costs $25/Couple. Dad or other support person strongly encouraged to attend. RSVP at leticiamoran@hotmail.com
