This free monthly walking group at Garrison Park (in South Austin) is for anyone navigating pregnancy or early parenthood. Come connect with other parents, enjoy time outdoors, and build a supportive community. Perinatal professionals (doulas, midwives, lactation consultants, chiropractors, therapists, etc.) also attend so you can learn about their services and meet them in person.
