This three-day wellness experience welcomes renowned fitness expert and creator of the Stoked Method, Kira Stokes, for two signature workout classes focused on building strength, improving stability and embracing purposeful movement.
With more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Stokes has trained high-profile clients including Norah O'Donnell, Shawn Johnson and Ashley Graham.
