Buddha taught that by training our mind in positive ways of thinking, we can gradually create the inner conditions for true happiness to come about.

In these morning classes, learn practical methods for redirecting unhelpful thoughts and cultivating a more positive, peaceful mind—so we can experience the happiness we truly wish for.

These morning classes are suitable for everyone and are taught by Noreen Flack, Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Austin.
