About this event
Stiletto Flux – the activity or process of flowing while wearing heels. This class focuses on a heels routine that is choreographed and broken down into counts to make it feel easy to dance to. We will examine the numerous pole dancing styles seen in heelwork and work on strengthening our transitions, musicality, rhythm, and fluidity up, down, and around the pole. Heels are required, and knee pads are strongly recommended. This is an all-level class. However, we recommend you have taken at least 5 pole classes before signing up.
