About this event

In this class, we will use pole spins and skills in unique ways to learn choreography on the ground and around the pole. Each combination will be covered for 2-3 weeks in a row and be set to music. We're going to dance! Prerequisites : None, all levels are welcome. NOTE : This class is 18+ What to Wear: Make sure you can slide on the floor. Bring layers that cover your knees (knee pads, leggings, and/or legwarmers) and feet (platform pole dancing heels or socks)
