251st Marine Corps Birthday Ball

About this event

Celebrate 251 years of Marine Corps tradition, service, and camaraderie at the 251st Marine Corps Birthday Ball, hosted by the Marine Corps League Sgt. Byron W. Norwood Detachment 1022 on November 14, 2026, at the beautiful United Heritage Center at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas.

Since 1775, Marines have answered the nation's call with honor, courage, and commitment. The Marine Corps Birthday Ball is one of the Corps' most cherished traditions, bringing together Marines from every generation to reflect on our shared heritage, remember those who came before us, and celebrate the enduring spirit of the Marine Corps.

This special evening is open not only to Marines and veterans, but also to family members, friends, supporters, and members of the community who wish to experience one of America's most storied military traditions firsthand.

Guests will enjoy an elegant evening featuring the Presentation of Colors, the traditional Marine Corps Birthday Message, ceremonial cake cutting, dinner, dancing, and fellowship with Marines, veterans, Gold Star families, and community leaders from across Central Texas.

Whether you are a Marine remembering your first Birthday Ball, a family member seeking to better understand Marine Corps traditions, or a community member who wishes to honor those who have served, this event offers a unique opportunity to be part of a celebration that spans more than two and a half centuries of American history.

Hosted by the Marine Corps League Sgt. Byron W. Norwood Detachment 1022, this event also helps strengthen connections between veterans, military families, and the communities they continue to serve.
