Dharma Recovery Dharma Recovery is a welcoming, peer-led meeting for people seeking healing and recovery through mindfulness, meditation, compassion, and community support. This group offers a space to explore Dharma-based principles, share experiences, and support one another on the path toward freedom from suffering. Together, participants practice connection, self-awareness, and acceptance while learning tools that can support recovery in daily life. All are welcome, whether you are new to Dharma Recovery or continuing your journey.
