Floorwork Flow (all levels)

About this event

Sensual floorwork "choreography" -- you'll learn a general choreo "skeleton" with plenty of opportunity to make it your own. It’s less about everyone doing the same thing and more about feeling at home in your body. Floorwork tricks and transitions incorporated, always offered with modifications. Prerequisites : None, open to all. Different modifications offered for varying levels of experience, and students are welcome to ask for additional modifications as well. Note: This class is 18+ What to Bring/Wear : Something on your knees (Kneepads are ideal, but pants or long socks over the knees will work. It's essential that you can slide on the floor.) Something on your feet (choreography created in Pleaser style heels, modifications offered for socks or dance heels. Make sure your feet are able to slide on the floor.) Wear whatever makes you feel the most empowered in your body!
