Our Preschool Jiu Jitsu classes are a fun, engaging introduction to movement, coordination, and the basics of martial arts in a safe, age-appropriate environment. Designed for children ages 3–5, these classes focus on developing balance, motor skills, listening, and social interaction through playful drills and structured activities. While the emphasis is on fun and foundational movement, kids also begin to build confidence, discipline, and respect—key values of Jiu Jitsu. No experience needed—just energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and play!
