Reconnect with your authentic vitality through guided breath work, sound, and movement rituals inspired from various mindfulness and somatic modalities. This mat-based class is designed to increase intuitive awareness, release stuck energy, soothe muscular tension, and deepen embodied re-centering. What to wear: • Please wear anything that awakens your inner sensual goddess! What to bring: • Optional to bring a light blanket, shawl, or hoodie if you'd like to wrap up at the end of class! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ PLEASE READ: Per studio policy, kindly cancel via Mindbody if you are unable to attend any class you've signed up for; any no shows will be charged a $7 no show fee (donated to www.lilithfund.org.) You must cancel your class within 6 hours of class time to be able to reuse your credit for a future class. WAITLISTS: We encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist if classes are full, as spots very often open up, especially day of! You will be automatically added from the waitlist to the class up to 3 hours prior to class time if a spot opens up. It is your responsibility to keep tabs on your email to see if you got into class, and if you cannot do so, kindly remove yourself from the waitlist.
