Strike Club – Level 1 (Foundations) An introduction to Muay Thai focusing on fundamental strikes, movement, and conditioning. Perfect for beginners— no experience required and loaner gloves and wraps are available. If this is your first time trying Strike Club, please arrive 15 minutes early to wrap your hands and receive an orientation from the coach. Otherwise, please arrive with enough time to wrap your hands and be ready for the start of class.
