Sacral Forge: Mat-Based Fire Flow 🔥

About this event

In this open-level class, you’ll be guided through a candle-lit mat ritual of empowering body alchemy and liquid stretches, all in devotion to your sacral fire. We’ll begin with a slow, sensual warmup to awaken your inner flame, then flow through movement that strengthens, lengthens, and transmutes your energy into embodied power. ATTIRE: • Please wear anything comfortable for movement that makes you feel powerful and allows you to move freely. WHAT TO BRING: • A water bottle is highly recommended. Mats are provided and will be set up prior to the start of class. 🖤✨🖤✨🖤 CANCELLATIONS: Life happens and schedules change. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, please do so via Mindbody as soon as possible. No shows will be charged a $7 no show fee which will be donated to www.lilithfund.org. You must cancel your class within 6 hours of class time to be able to save your credit for a future class. WAITLIST: If the class is full, sign up for the waitlist as spots open up regularly, especially with same-day cancellations. Once a spot become available, you will be automatically added from the waitlist to the class up to 3 hours prior to class time if a spot opens up. Please keep an eye out for a sign-up notification and if the class no longer works with your schedule, please remove yourself from the waitlist. Notifications turned off?
