Join us for a casual workshop-w-no-real-work focused on enhancing relationships (with ourselves and others) through practical empathy.

Through the lens of Practical Empathy Practice (PEP) and a less-clinical Non-violent Communication (NVC), we will get to know each other while delving into topics like the following: - How can connection become easy for us? - Remove social anxiety at the root. - When conflict is necessary and how to resolve. - Obligations: Expectations; what do you "owe" anyone? - Create successful relationships. - Self-empowerment. - Self-exploration. - Authentic connection. - Or wherever the card game and our conversations lead us!
