About this event
Want a fun way to challenge your body and mind? In this class, you'll overcome obstacles in a welcoming and safe environment. We will be using apparatuses in new ways that develop balance, grip strength, body awareness, and core. Have fun and keep your body moving! Prerequisites: Open to all levels! Beginners are welcome. Experienced students will be given more challenging options.
