About this event
Our Year One Wellness therapist, Dr. Ariel Day, will cover developmental milestones and how to encourage babies through play and everyday routines, along with motor skills like head control, rolling, sitting, crawling, and pulling to stand, including simple tummy time and positioning tips. She’ll also talk about breast and bottle feeding, including latch and positioning. Come with your questions, meet other new moms, and leave feeling confident and supported.
