Pole Fundamentals

Pole Fundamentals welcomes absolute beginners as well as regular students who are ready to fine-tune their technique. Learn exciting new skills while developing the strength, coordination, and active flexibility that will keep you safe in the air. Class Goals: - Gain confidence moving on the floor with the pole - Learn to climb, invert, and spin - Become accustomed to the sensations of the pole on the inner thighs - Learn to sequence skills on and off the pole Fundamentals classes are designed to be taken regularly, either in preparation for joining a Beginner series, or as a supplement to your current aerial practice. More experienced students will be given progressions to find greater ease and fluidity on the apparatus. Prerequisites: None - open to all! This class is for students ages 16+.
