Dance Trapeze (Intermediate)

About this event

Learn how to perform *with* the trapeze, and now just on it! We'll work on spin techniques and tackle the challenge of getting onto a moving apparatus. We'll also play with lower height trapezes to give you access to more spins, swings, and floor to air transitions. Your trapeze will become your dance partner for a more dynamic element to incorporate into performances and training. Prerequisites: Current Intermediate level or above in an aerial apparatus, or with instructor approval. Some spin tolerance strongly recommended.
