About this event
This class is designed for adults who are new to contemporary dance or returning after time away. We’ll focus on building a strong foundation through basic technique, musicality, and expressive movement in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Class includes a guided warm-up, simple across-the-floor progressions, and beginner-friendly combinations that emphasize fluidity, strength, and connection to the music. No experience required — just come ready to move and have fun.
