About this event

AI is helping us produce more code, spin up more agents, and automate more of our work. But it also gives us more to review, verify, and keep track of. Are we getting better outcomes, or just creating more work and losing visibility into how it gets done?

Join us for a casual discussion about what AI is actually changing for technical teams working inside enterprise environments. A few questions to get us started:

• Where is AI saving real time, and where does reviews, verification or rework eat up the gains?

• As we delegate more to agents, how do we stay in control of their actions and outputs?

• Are we improving quality and delivering useful outcomes, or simply producing more and additional complexity?

• What habits, team practices, and guardrails help within enterprise constraints?

There won't be a formal presentation. We'll share experiences, compare what is working and what isn't, and learn from each other. Please share only what you're comfortable and permitted to discuss outside your organization.

You don't need to be using agents already to join the conversation.
