Celebrate Thanksgiving at Acre 41 with a thoughtfully crafted three-course dinner for $70 per person. Begin with crispy Brussels sprouts tossed in a brown butter vinaigrette, followed by slow-roasted turkey breast ballotine with dark meat confit, Hatch chile cornbread stuffing, prickly pear cranberry sauce, roasted baby carrots, and Yukon Gold potato purée. End on a sweet note with bourbon chocolate pecan pie. In the spirit of giving, a charitable donation will be made to the Texas Food Bank, making this holiday gathering one that gives back.
