We meet at 6:30ish (short stone wall near kayak rentals) and take a pre-walk photo before we start down the path clockwise around the lake at 6:40…feel free to catch up if you’re late! 😁

We often conclude this meetup with a cold treat and make a group consensus of where we will meet. No pressure to join after walk treats. And please go without me if I am not up to it! Please see welcome note from Heather following the event description.

Join us for a relaxed evening walking meetup at Lakeline Park, one of Cedar Park’s hidden gems featuring scenic trails, open green space, and peaceful water views. Whether you’re new to the area or just looking to connect with others, this is an easy, welcoming way to get out of the house and into good company.

This isn’t a power walk or a fitness challenge, it’s about movement, conversation, and connection. We’ll keep a relaxed, easy pace that works for all fitness levels, with plenty of space for casual conversations along the trail. The vibe is low-pressure and social, making it easy to meet new people whether you come solo or with a friend.

* ** Park in the lot nearest the Kayak rental and we will meet at the launch to start the 2.5 mile loop.

Hi I’m Heather, your friendly neighborhood walking organizer person thingie. I’m newish to Texas and enjoying everything this area has to offer, especially the interesting people! I’m easily distracted and I love photography so I will stop and take photos along the way. I often forget what I’m saying mid conversation. Think absent-minded professor but shorter and with longer hair. But I am determined/stubborn and will walk if I am at all capable of doing so because I know how quickly that privilege can change! I tend to walk a bit on the slower side, but we usually finish the loop by 8 if not earlier. Please come move with me and enjoy the benefits of living in such a beautiful place!
