Intro to Aerials for Adults

About this event

This class is designed specifically for folks who have never been on an aerial apparatus before and want to try it out! We'll take to the sky on 2-3 apparatus in each class, including silks, sling (aerial hammock), trapeze, and lyra (aerial hoop). This class can be taken multiple times for those who wish to try out more apparatus or who want to focus on reviewing the basics. Absolute beginners welcome! This class is for adults only (that means ages 16 and up.) Kids ages 6-15 can check out our Intro to Aerials for Youth and Intro to Aerials for Teens drop-ins. What to wear: Wear fitted clothing that allows full range of movement and covers the backs of the knees. A layer that covers your armpits is good to have.
